The Arab diasporas is only a reflection of their intellectual diasporas, with respect to intellectual capacity of the thinkers of the Arab world who work in conditions that must be diagnosed within entity including an elite of intellectuals and writers, artists, scientists, translators and researchers in the flag of identities who have the ambition to liberalize the will and to launch the talents and to convergence the unity of the historic Arab entity. The idea of "the University of Peoples' Culture" aimed at invigorating the brains and consolidating them in a single entity of workshop to produce intellectual movement -which attracts all minds in any place without consideration to reject the idea or address it - to put forward for discussion, deliberation and interaction and thus acceptance or rejection. Taking into account that feature of times is the entry of ideas from different corners of the cosmic map of the open world.


In order to give further thought and culture, and more research in various scientific, religious and behavioural fields, for more translation and the expansion of its prospects and re-portraying the picture of the Arab reality, it was necessary to propose my idea with a view to the establishment of "the University of World Culture". The idea of "the University of Peoples' Culture" aimed at invigorating the brains and consolidating them in a single entity of workshop to produce intellectual movement -which attracts all minds in any place without consideration to reject the idea or address it - to put forward for discussion, deliberation and interaction and thus acceptance or rejection. Taking into account that feature of times is the entry of ideas from different corners of the cosmic map of the open world; all those who want to join the university have the chance to add their own vision to my proposal under no terms.

The establishment of such an Assembly gives belonging to a real entity exists on the ground and not only symbolic entity on the Internet. Also, it gives its members the dissemination of moral and intellectual products on the Internet as well as actual acquaintance of each other when participating in various cultural activities which Assembly intends to carry out such as symposia, competitions ….etc. Moreover, it exploits its presence in Italy as a gateway to the whole world.
The Assembly's first target is to cultivate all peoples in spite of any thier country, religion or any affiliation impeded dialogue. The Assembly is going to take all and any initiative aimed to enhance cultural awareness, to disseminate innovations on the Internet in a periodic magazine, to hold seminars and literal and artistic competitions and to invite intellectuals and writers for dialogue. 
The Assembly concerns with all kinds of Calvin culture such as literature, music, art and so forth. It, also, concerns with dissemination of ideas and viewpoints in order to become a cultural and civilization center inside and outside the Arab nation through translating and distributing of various Arab innovations in all available languages.



The inevitability imposes us to establish bridges between each other: Italians, Yemenis or Indians. I know perfectly well that the establishment of the bridges is normal because we are not bridges' establishment architects, though I tried and tried because I must speak to and along with the other. We must open the hugest number of communication channels as much as we can. We need to do so with the ability to understand and speak others' languages and not to create more isolation for ourselves.

... For that I call on you all to participate in any language any constructive idea to produce intellectual movement which attracts all and different minds.


What is happening on the Arab Cultural arena is only a reflection of political and social reality externally and internally. And culture tools, including the mind and means of expression, are only small separate demonstrations that do not lead at the end but to addressing ourselves in isolation. And if there is a siege on us to stay in a state of confusion and individual defence of the nation awareness, this will push us to blow in multilateral Psalms that produces in the end the tone of the envious cacophony of estrangement.
